To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Whats next?

Orders are generally processed within 12-24 hours. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing your FedEx tracking number.
All orders are shipped expedited, however due to the recent carrier delays, we cannot guarantee a certain delivery date.

Upon delivery to your address, you will receive a second confirmation email that your order has been delivered. Please inspect your order carefully before using the sample collection kit. If you have any issues, contact Vivera right away and we will assist you.

Once your sample has been collected simply place it into the pre-paid return envelope. Our laboratory partner will confirm receipt of your sample via email, generally within 12-24 hours of receipt. You will receive one final email once your sample has been processed by the lab and your results are ready to view. Simply visit the secure link, provide the required verification, and download the PDF results.

Until your sample is received by the lab, your order will show as processing in the Track Your Order portal.

Please note that due to HIPAA regulations, Vivera is unable to provide details of your test to you via email or telephone.
