What’s measured
Are you experiencing symptoms that may be related to the foods you're eating?
If your symptoms include digestive issues or headaches, a food sensitivity may be to blame. Food sensitivity refers to the non-life-threatening reactions your body’s immune system has to specific foods. These symptoms may include abdominal pain, bloating, or indigestion.
Unlike food allergies, where symptoms typically occur immediately after consumption, sensitivities can have delayed symptoms, making them more challenging to identify. It can be days before you notice any discomfort.
While food sensitivity symptoms aren’t life-threatening, they can be uncomfortable and disruptive to your life. A food sensitivity test can help you identify foods in your diet that may contribute to your symptoms.
The Home Test Box Food Sensitivity Test allows you to test for potential food sensitivities from the comfort of your home. With a simple self-collected blood sample, you can check your immune system’s IgG antibody reactivity level to 96 common foods. Identifying foods with greater reactivity levels can give you a better understanding of which foods to avoid if you’re planning an elimination diet.

I found out about this test through Gluten Free and More. I’ve been struggling with bloating for as long as I can remember. For the last few weeks, I have completely cut out gluten from my diet, hoping it would help. Unfortunately, I haven’t noticed much of a difference. I decided to order the test to see if another food could be causing my symptoms. Summer is coming up, and I don’t want to spend it feeling uncomfortable. My results just came back, and it looks like I’m highly sensitive to whey! I add whey to my smoothies almost every morning, so that could explain why I’m bloated ALL THE TIME. Overall, I had a great experience with Home Test Box. Collecting my sample was really easy and I got my results back faster than I was expecting. Praying that cutting out whey helps my bloating.
